How do I download and install HAZO Live Presenter?

Can I use a separate audience screen and lower third output?

Yes. HAZO is designed around distinct outputs so the congregation and livestream can each receive the right presentation.

How many devices can I activate on one licence?

Each licence or account includes 1 active device. If you need to switch to another computer, simply deactivate your current device from your Account dashboard before activating the new one.

Are songs and song books included in the subscription price?

Song data is provided free of charge. Your subscription covers the HAZO Live Presenter software and features, not the song content. Rights in individual songs, lyrics, and related content remain with their respective owners or authorised sources where applicable.

Using an older standalone version?

Uninstall the older standalone installation and install HAZO Live Presenter from Microsoft Store. Future updates will be delivered through Microsoft Store.
